2 to 5 years experience in a call center environment, strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills and have the ability to type 40 words per minute. High School diploma is required.

Oversee development, implementation and use of technology throughout the organization. Responsible for determining user requirements, recommending practical solutions and leading organization-wide efforts to improve efficiencies and increase optimization of ERP system. Develop IT roadmap.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field. Minimum of 7 to 10 years in a manufacturing environment. 10 or more years of progressive IT experience. Demonstrated ability to lead a Team.
